French Market Bistro opened our doors on April 9th, 1996. Through these many years, proprietors Chef Timothy Kringlie and Justin McDonald have dedicated themselves to bringing consistant quality of products and hospitable service to our guests. Along with Tim's soux chef and back of the house manager, Borivane Khemmanyvong, and a host of long time employees on the kithchen line, the Bistro has established a name for itself as having creative nightly specials and a food quality and consistancy that is known throughout the south.
French Market Bistro has a nationally recognized wine list with over 250 selections by the bottle and 15 wines by the glass to please any palate. Keeping up with the wine and beverage program is Emily Hart of the Bistro. Justin McDonald is into constant search and seizure of wines from all parts of the world and takes great care in keeping our many regular guests' glasses full with their favorite wines.
